It is for an internal notebook use or a external 2.5" drive enclosure.  IT is NOT for a desktop   I will format this drive to NTFS prior to shipment if the buyer request formatting.   I will guarantee for DOA for 5 calendar days after known receipt tracked by delivery confirmation.   Buyers keep asking if these drives are functional.
